Immeditaley following our beach side wedding we will be having a cocktail hour on the beach front Tequila Terrace consisting of the following Appetizers:  Fried Chiken Taquitos, Mini Cheese Cakes,  Fried Shrimp wrapped in Bacon and Shredded Beef Mini Tostada served along side with our signsture cocktail" the Knottie Martini,"  and full open bar with music provided by a gutiar soloist

 Following our cockatil hour the reception will continue on the beach Front Tequila Terrace from 6:00-9:00 PM

dinner will consist of the following menu: Appetizer: Blue cheese and walnut confit salad with honey balsamic dressing,  Soup: Cream of Lobster Soup, Brandy Scente, Main Course: Beef filet Bordelaise: Duchess Potato and Asparagus,  Dessert: Creamy white Chocolate Aux Mint  and Signature Cocktail: "The Blue Lagoon ," with  open bar provided

Music during the reception will be provided by a Caribibean Trio 

Following the reception the wedding  celebration/ party will continue   at  the Eclipse Night Club at starting at 10:00pm that is located on the resort , getting your dancing shoes ready if you choose too!!!
