On July 31st we went to dinner at Parc in Rittenhouse which is one of our favorite restaurants. After a normal night at dinner after I thought we were going home Artem wanted to walk around Spruce Street Harbour Park at Penns Landing. I told him I rather just go home and was kind of tired, but he insisted on going. We got there and it was closing and the workers kept telling us to not walk through but Artem insisted we go and I knew something was up. He stopped in the middle were the fountain was and all the lights were still on and proposed. There was also a photographer hiding to capture our special moment!
