Hey everyone! Here is some travel info for our wedding resort at the beautiful NOW SAPPHIRE RIVIERA CANCUN. This is an ALL INCLUSIVE resort, meaning all your food, alcohol, snacks, tips etc. are included in the price of your stay here! The only things you have to have extra spending money for are excursions, souvineers, or if you want to take a taxi out to the city for some additional nightlife/clubs/bars/etc.
I have a great travel agent who can offer up some specials for vacation packages! Here are a few helpful tips that I have found... The more days you stay, the better deals you can find! Me & Brian will be going from 3/31-4/7 (7 nights total), but she has some great deals she can get for however many nights you'd like to stay. Just tell her you are part of the WEEKS/LATSIS wedding group :-)
I'd also suggest traveling during the week to save even more money. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are the cheapest days to travel. Thursdays are right behind that, and then lastly, Sundays. But once you get into Friday & Saturday travel, prices jump drastically. Since the wedding is on Tuesday 4/5/16, you should be able to travel during the cheaper days and still have enough time to enjoy the hotel & your own vacation!
I would also suggest for everyone to select the "preferred" room option. There are certain areas in the resort that you can access only if you are in these upgraded rooms, and we would really want to be able to spend time with everyone!

Prices are changing daily, so I would highly suggest everyone to book as soon as you can to lock in the best rates! If you book through the travel agent, she just requires a $200 per person holding deposit, and then the remainder wouldn't have to be paid until Feb. 2016. Most other online sites require you to pay the full balance up front if you book a vacation package.
